Requirements for Application
*The artwork needs to be original and not published
*The main flowers such as roses, carnations, mums and orchids need to be Florever’s
*Other small flowers and leaves are preferred to be Florever’s
*Please include words or a letter in the artwork
*Any languages, any fonts are accepted
*The evaluation subject will be the whole artwork including the words or letter
Size of artwork
For this contest, there will be no limit for the size of your artwork (arrangement).
Please ensure that your photo includes your entire artwork.
Deadline
September 22nd, 2022 (Thu)
※All application documents must arrive in our office before the deadline.
Awards
1 Web Contest Award, 1 Judge's Award, 10 Sponsor's Awards (Total 12 Awards)
※Photo of the awarded art work will be used in the Florever Calendar in 2023.
※Awarded participants will receive a gift.

Important Note for Your Photos
Please take note of the following points regarding the size (quality) of your photo, as it may be used in the Florever Calendar 2023.
Recommended size (file name extension “.jpg”)
- (A) 7 million pixels or more
- (B) 3072 × 2304 pixel resolution or more
- (C) 216 ×165mm to 305 × 203mm print size
- (D) A4 or larger output size
↑ We recommend a data size fitting any of the items (A) to (D) above.
Not sure about the size of your photo?
- ・If you are using a digital camera, smartphone, or tablet, we recommend setting your resolution to the maximum number of pixels your device is capable of.
- ・If you are unsure about (A) or (B), we recommend not using an image editing software to resize your photo.
- ・Please keep the data of your photo until the end of the Contest, just in case.
For smooth screening, please ensure that your photo clearly shows your work's shape as well as the materials used in your work.
How to apply

Prepare a photo of your submission and use the application form to apply online.
*Upload the photo data online (three images of your artwork)
Please follow the steps below;

1. Only accept JPEG (.jpg), .HEIC files for the photo data.
2. Please use the English alphabet for the file name. You cannot use "spaces" when filling the data.
3. If you upload multiple photo data, please give different file names to each.
4. The maximum size of photo data should be 5MB each.
5. If you are not able to upload an image, please check the “Important Note for Your Photo”.
6. Please do not put any frames and/or please do not manipulate the original data.

Schedule
The first screening | The first screening will take place in late of September. Some 30 arrangements will be selected by the judge. |

The first screening results | The first screening results will be announced on October 7th on the Florever Web site. We will directly contact to all winners. |
Second screening | The Web Contest Award will be selected on the Florever Web site by viewers. Just click “vote” to your favorite arrangement from October 7th to October 28th. 12 arrangements will be selected for various awards such as the Judge’s Awards, Sponsors’ Award and the Public Award during the web voting. |
The second screening results | The second screening results will be published on the Florever Web site (Japan) on 31st October. We will directly contact to all winners. |
What is the Florever Web Contest?
The art of preserved flower arrangement has developed evolved dramatically
since our first Preserved Flower Contest in 2004.
This is our 19th time to showcase some of the most creative designs throughout Japan and overseas.
With the theme that changes every time,
we always explore the new possibilities of preserved flowers in all kinds of industries.
